Coir Mat

Coir is a natural fibre extracted from the husk of coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes, mattresses, etc. Technically, coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut. Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking and horticulture. White coir, harvested from unripe coconuts, is used for making finer brushes, string, rope and fishing nets.

Fiber mats are the most elegant doormat due to its dense pile and ability to render complex designs smoothly. These are thick heavy-duty doormats either with a prints on a dense coir fiber pile or with attractive inlaid designs.

A matter of attraction. Exquisite designs are printed on thick hand tufted fibre mats to suit varied customer interests. Customized series of designs can be made using normal coir dyes, azo-free light fast water based pigment dyes or enamel paints.

Beach Creel Mats are made with semi-retted Beach yarn which is not very expensive and are excellent option when designs are simple.

Vycome Creel Mats are made up of cleaned and well-retted Vycome yarn of uniform color and practically free from loose fibers and coir peat.

The PVC backed door mats are customized by a series of designs by using water based paints or enamel paints. The designs can be printed on bleached or natural mats.

The PVC backed mats are cut to suit varied customer interests and designs can be accordingly.
